Next Race: Lausanne Marathon (21.08.2007)

Due to some travels I had to conduct for work reasons, I decided to finish my 2007 race season. The next events I am concentrating on are the following

• Tour du Pays de Vaud: This is a series of small races during the week in Switzerland (length varies between 7k and 9.7k)
• Lausanne Marathon: This is my medium term goal. I am trying to attack the 2:40h – 2:50h range.

Team Triody.com @ Triathlon de Nyon

Today, our triathlon group, team triody.com, participated in the Nyon Triathlon. Unfortunately I am still suffering a little bit from the my Yellow Fever vaccination (which I got in preparation for a business trip to Brazil), so I could not participate. However, this allowed me to record the activities of all our competing members. Here is the result.

Out of four people, three did a triathlon for the first time. In the sprint distance race, all of them did great with fantastic times. Congratulations once again!!
