Indoor Workout: Bike Uphill Sprints

I am just coming back from the spinning room where I did my morning workout. It was a 90minutes session on the bike. The goal was to do

  • 10 x 1min sprint (maximum speed) with a 1 minute break between each sprint
  • 10 x 30 sec sprint (maximum speed) with 30 seconds break between each sprint

It was a good, but tough workout. I hope this gets me going for the upcoming season! Here is the heartrate chart of the workout.
