Nach einem guten Monat Warm-Up bin ich wieder auf bestem Weg Anschluss zu finden an die guten alten Trainingszeiten. Hier der heutige Trainingslauf: 26.5km in 125min. Die letzten 7km dabei in einem guten 4min15sec Schnitt pro km, also 3h Marathon Tempo. Nicht so gut wie vor 2 Jahren, aber immerhin
